White Sage smudge stick

White Sage is used to smudge and clear out spiritual impurities when burned. 

First light the sage with a lighter or match. Walk around the space, person, or object with the sage, smudging and set your intentions for the space or object. It may help to state affirmations or a mantra. If you don not have one you can refer to @AestheticbyAdrena  on Instagram for inspiration or make one up. It's important that once you use the sage you then light something such as Palo Santo, candles, or incense that bring positivity. Your intent is to cleanse the space, rid it of negative energy, and in its place fill it with peace, happiness.
